Donovan Logistics, based in Franklin MA, is experiencing major growth in the local market. We looking add Class A and B drivers to help service our Northeast client base. 
Donovan Logistics is an asset-based van line operating under the UniGroup and Mayflower family of companies.  We have been a leader in the transport of High-Value products such as trade show exhibits, electronics, retail fixtures and kiosks, telecommunications equipment, hotel and restaurant fixtures, office and medical equipment. 
Driver description and requirements:
•	Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized, non-palletized and specialized freight using appropriate manual equipment, including pallet jacks, dollies, lifts, carts and by hand as needed.
•	Utilize mobile hand held devices for tracking shipments.
•	Safely climb in and out of trucks and trailers.
•	Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally).
•	Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies (e.g. pallets, straps, rope).
•	Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled.
•	Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary to perform the job duties.
•	Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
•	Adhere to company safety policies.
•	Safely work in adverse weather conditions.
•	Perform other duties as assigned.
•	Prompt, daily attendance at assigned work location.
•	Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
•	Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
•	Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight throughout shift.
•	Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
•	Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
•	Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
•	Follow route and time schedule.
•	Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate commercial vehicle.
•	Collect payments.
•	Complete logs and reports.
•	Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
•	Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•	Good driving record with no traffic violations.
•	Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
•	Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
•	Collect and verify delivery instructions.
•	Report defects, accidents or violations.
•	Ensures all equipment returns to truck and/or facility upon completion of job.
•	Cleans truck upon return to facility and properly removes any debris.
•	Maintains contact throughout each day with dispatch/operations.
•	Maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service when working with clients. Keeps emotions under control; speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations and represents the company with integrity and professional courtesy.
•	Must adhere to company uniform policy.
